Randstad is currently working with a top tier Defence contractor on a critical platform supporting the Australian Defence Industry.
As the Supply Chain Lead, you will support this role that will have responsibility across the Program for aligning supply chain strategy, relationships and performance.
About the RoleLeading the development of sourcing strategies and supplier development activities.Developing and managing global industrial engagement plans.Managing the performance of the supply chain.Develop and manage cost reduction activities.Negotiating commercial arrangements for the design & construct phase of the manufacturing facility.About youSignificant experience in a strategic supply chain environment.
Manufacturing and production experience is desirable.
Experience with strategic planning, governance, and procurement analytics.
An excellent communicator who can engage and motivate diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
Outcome focused and demonstrates strong values-based leadership.
