Requisition ID 52762Position Type FT PermanentRecruiter #LI-SSM1Posting Type LI About the Role: Reporting to the Supply Chain Director - ANZ, you will be responsible for the Warehousing and Logistics Operations across our Australian and New Zealand Network.This will involve the safe and efficient warehousing and transportation of packaging, raw materials and finished goods as well as working closely with the Kerry Managed 3PL Operations and Key Stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor the Warehouse and Network Operations Team.Ensuring inventory accuracy is maintained at highest level through bin accuracy/neatness, stock takes & cycle counting.Ownership of the slow-moving inventory process and execution across ANZ.Facilitation of procurement needs, business creation and launching of tenders.Lead the distribution planning and execution process, including training of employees, routing, inventory, quality assurance, dispatching, documentation, compliance, and other assistance as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.Accountable for OTIF results from the Warehouse to the Customer.Ownership of all warehousing & logistics operations across ANZ by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing ERP compliance, operational, personnel policies and procedures.Financial control – through budget adherence, cost control and implementation of saving initiatives.Build and track cost and productivity metrics and KPIs to drive cost savings, service improvements, and progress toward operational targets.Ensure all Food Safety, ISO and Health & Safety Standards are maintained.Develop and oversee processes for management of transportation initiatives, including liaising between transport companies, management of contract tender processes, implementing 3PL on-boarding programs and sourcing new carriers.Create, manage and maintain all KPI's and SLA''s related to 3PL logistics & warehousing.Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: FMCG Experience in logistics & warehouse management roles.At least 5 years warehouse and logistics management experience.Formal Qualifications in Distribution & Warehouse Management or equivalent.Quality Systems and Environmental Systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that exemplify the highest level of professionalism in both internal and external environments.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions.Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility Requirements.Prior experience of working in a Food Manufacturing Environment with an in-depth knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and Health & Safety Systems and Practices.SAP experience is essential.Highly Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel and Databases.Ability to work in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.Both local and international travel will be required for this role.Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.A Kerry employee will not solicit candidates through a non-Kerry email address or phone number.In addition, Kerry does not currently utilise video chat rooms (e.g., Google Hangouts) to conduct interviews.Refuse any request that asks you to provide payment to participate in the hiring process (e.g., purchasing a "starter kit," investing in training, or something similar).Kerry will not ask you to pay any money at any point in the hiring process with the exception of reimbursable travel expenses.In addition, any payments made by Kerry will be from official firm accounts bearing the Kerry name.
