The purpose of this position is to facilitate and support the development and delivery of a Learning and Development Strategy, along with targeted training initiatives and documentation, to increase the capability of members of the Supply Chain team.The key responsibilities of the role include:Develop annual Supply Chain Operations training strategy aligned with Division opportunities.Design and implement training initiatives.Create standardised processes for Work Instructions, sign-off procedures, and document management.Collaborate with Learning and Development team and Distribution Centre team to develop and implement training programs.Partner with internal teams to ensure training content aligns with promotional activities and strategic initiatives.Review and enhance training materials to ensure compliance with legislative requirements Implement evaluation strategies for projects, programs, and courses.ABOUT YOUPassionate about developing training strategies, designing effective programs, and enhancing team capabilities.Experience in learning and development.Ability to interact and influence at all levels with strong interpersonal skills.Solid operational delivery knowledge and experience gained from exposure to supply chains or multi-site organisations.Certification/degree in instructional design or similar is advantageous.WHY JOIN US?You'll get to join for an organisation with a culture that is driven by innovation and creating awesome experiences for our customers and teams, and will get to work alongside a diverse team across Super Retail Group that is representative of the communities we work in.
