Supply Chain Finance Manager

This opportunity is with a household Australian brand who have products in every fridge and freezer across Australia. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join their team in Sydney. Reporting to the Financial Controller - Supply Chain, you will be accountable for ensuring efficient and effective analytical support for manufacturing operations relevant to operations accounting requirements, new product development, month-end processes, and budget/forecasting processes. In addition, you will be ready to challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to add value by improving the way we work to achieve our goals, work with others, and contribute to the success of the Operational environment on site.
The successful candidate will possess:
Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Plant Cost Accounting, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an FMCG environment.
Intermediate understanding of Factory/Plant accounting principles and cost driver analytics, with experience in using a diverse range of methods and tools.
Advanced analytical thinking capability with proficient data management/excel skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence business outcomes to realise organisational benefits.
Cross Functional experience working across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Sales & Marketing functions is also preferred.
