What your day-to-day looks likeRepresent and execute the Replenishment requirements in the S&OE process for the BUExecute VMI activities for the BUExecute New Product activation and obsolete product deletionAssist Accounts with balanced promotional stock allocation proposalsCoordinate Status Management actions for the BUAssist Commercial team with New store replenishmentFacilitate SCE/Accounts Collaboration forumsLiaise with Customer Replenishment on actions and analyses to drive higher In Stock resultsLiaise with Supply Planning team on Network balancingDeliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the supply chain engagement process and overall supply chain processResponsible for professional growth through formal training opportunities, peer to peer learning and self-developmentExperience requiredStrong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships3 years plus of VRP, Customer Engagement, or Supply planning disciplines in Tier 1 or 2 companiesPrevious experience in the Demand control process in an S&OP or IBP environment3 years plus proficiency in ERP system platformsDemonstrated excellent customer focusDemonstrated delivery of CI to improve supply chain planning outcomesExperience in External and Internal collaborationDemonstrated strong influencing communicationProficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel mandatory)Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groupsStrong time management skills and ability to multitask will be expectedPhysical logistics including Importing experience an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
