Reporting to the Supply Chain Engagement Supervisor, your key duties will include: What your day-to-day looks like Represent and execute the Replenishment requirements in the S&OE process for the BU Execute VMI activities for the BU Execute New Product activation and obsolete product deletion Assist Accounts with balanced promotional stock allocation proposals Coordinate Status Management actions for the BU Assist Commercial team with New store replenishment Facilitate SCE/Accounts Collaboration forums Liaise with Customer Replenishment on actions and analyses to drive higher In Stock results Liaise with Supply Planning team on Network balancing Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the supply chain engagement process and overall supply chain process Responsible for professional growth through formal training opportunities, peer to peer learning and self-development Experience required Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships 3 years plus of VRP, Customer Engagement, or Supply planning disciplines in Tier 1 or 2 companies Previous experience in the Demand control process in an S&OP or IBP environment 3 years plus proficiency in ERP system platforms Demonstrated excellent customer focus Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve supply chain planning outcomes Experience in External and Internal collaboration Demonstrated strong influencing communication Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel mandatory) Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups Strong time management skills and ability to multitask will be expected Physical logistics including Importing experience an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
