Our client is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in managing operational processes, ensuring timely delivery, and enhancing client satisfaction.
The Role As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for: Managing end-to-end client orders, including processing, monitoring, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Coordinating domestic and international logistics to optimize efficiency and costs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
Supporting risk management strategies to minimize operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities Process client orders, including creating sales and purchase orders and arranging freight logistics.
Monitor supplier production schedules and ensure adherence to specifications.
Coordinate shipping activities, ensuring accurate documentation and addressing any delays or issues.
Generate and distribute monthly reports on order and project statuses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics, such as route optimisation and shipment consolidation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
About You 3–5 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in supply chain or logistics coordination.
Strong customer-facing skills, including account management and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 (desirable but not essential).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
