Supply Chain Coordinator

The Opportunity Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a dynamic team.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting P&A reporting, administration, and liaising with third-party suppliers.
This hands-on position is critical to the company's ongoing success and requires a proactive individual eager to optimise inventory and enhance supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities Support the ordering and follow-up of Short and Long Engines and PHEV Batteries as forecasted.
Order parts from various sources (internal suppliers, local suppliers, vendors, and distribution centres) Update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for orders as needed.
Improve internal efficiencies to avoid duplication and enhance resource and time management.
Resolve invoice queries related to parts not marked as 'goods receipt.'
Create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for 3PL warehouse providers.
Validate fixed costs and receipts of invoices against purchase orders from 3PL warehouse providers.
Assist in the creation of parts records in SAP when required.
Communicate any changes in dealer conditions to third-party vendors, including openings, closures, and contact updates.
Selection Criteria Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Supply Chain Experience with ERP software, SAP highly regarded Proficiency in analysing complex data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling productive collaboration with teams and corporate stakeholders Efficient knowledge and utilisation of Microsoft programs including Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint How to Apply To apply for this opportunity, please submit your CV via the link or call Randstad's Procurement specialists, Bridie Taglienti and Rachel Homer on 0409 238 997.
