Although this is initially a temporary role, they are looking for someone who can commit to this long term with plans to transfer this to a permanent position when granted head count. There are options to train the right person and succession planning is important to them providing a great opportunity for someone new.
DutiesMonitor and track customer order status resolving issuesPoint of contact for the 3PLSupport pricing and wholesaler rebate claimsMonitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock at the 3PLManage inventory replenishmentAssist with stock takeCoordinate with the global supply chain to ensure shipments are scheduled correctlyWork with freight forwarders to ensure correct documentationResolve any shipment issuesProvide reports using SAPMaintain accurate records of end to end supply chain activitiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesAttend onsite 3PL meetings Skills and ExperienceExperience within pharmaceutical, medical device or FMCG industries is required1-2 years experience in logistics or supply chain in a similar roleExpertise with Excel to pull reportsExcellent communication skillsExperience working with an ERP system such as SAPAbility to commence a role as a temp with working rights to allow you to take the role permanently.
