They are a significant player in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, with a dedicated team importing, selling, and distributing household brands across the country. Over the past couple of years, they have experienced significant growth, resulting in profitable outcomes and enhanced brand visibility.
POSITION
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Demand & Supply Planner, the Supply Coordinator will primarily be responsible for the following:
Inventory PlanningEnsure optimal customer service levels while minimising the risk of obsolete inventory by delivering effective supply plans.Manage and coordinate inbound orders from both local and international suppliers, covering raw coffee, packaging, and finished goods.Regularly review network inventory and expedite interstate freight to prevent or minimise stock outs.Provide regular inventory analysis and reporting.Generate product traceability reports to meet visibility and audit requirements.Participate in stock take activities and investigations.Support SKU portfolio review activities.Take ownership of SAP Master Data and planning parameters.Manufacturing SupportDevelop and communicate the weekly production schedule to the production team.Coordinate the inbound supply of raw coffee and packaging materials to support production plans.Continuous ImprovementSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service levels.Ensure alignment and utilisation of SAP/MRP tools according to CCEP standards.Contribute to ongoing SAP development initiatives.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate effectively with the team and other departments to address key challenges and initiatives.Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and participate in suitable solutions.Provide active support to key stakeholders, including Sales, Production Schedulers, Interstate Freight team, Warehouse, and Distribution, throughout the supply planning process to align with business objectives and priorities.Manage supplier relationships from an operational perspective, such as supplier capacity, supply parameters, and customer service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain optimal stock levels of products and packaging to exceed customer service expectations and minimise the risk of obsolescence.Communicate daily updates on out-of-stock and at-risk products.Coordinate activities between internal teams and suppliers.Play a key role in successful new product launches and product transitions.Assist with customer order processing activities.ABOUT YOUAdapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Possess an exceptional continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.Demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to jump right in with a great attitude.Outgoing, looking to enjoy a fun exciting new team.Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
