Tablets, hard capsules and powdered products are produced in our state of the art, TGA compliant facility in Keysborough.Our uniquely flexible and purpose-built facilities utilise the latest blending, granulating and packaging technologies, allowing us to maintain the fastest project completion times in the industry.Job DescriptionAbout this opportunityReporting to the Supply Chain Manager and as 2IC, as Supply Chain Coordinator you will support and control the demand and capacity throughput for APM while ensuring that the customer's requirements are met through superior customer service.Responsibilities:Work with key stakeholders to deliver best in class supply chain experience for customersProactively work with the sales team to collaboratively deliver the sales plan and ensure supply chain risks are managedOwn the short-term forecast to drive accuracy and product availability for customersEffectively manage an efficient production schedule and master plan, from product mix and financial perspectiveWork with finance and production to ensure production order complianceYour key responsibilities will be to:Receive and enter all customer orders in SAPConvert customer orders into production ordersUpload customer forecasts and provide sales budget based on forecastThorough analysis of forecast versus order receivedRaise credit notes in SAPResponsible for coordination of NPD ordersOrder labels and manage label changes as per customer requestProduce 3 monthly planPlan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delayMonitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budgetResponsible for raising internal change controls and planned deviationAddress issues as they arise aiming for minimum disruptionObtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.
)Prepare and submit status and performance reportsMonthly DIFOT report for all customersMonthly capacity report for all machinesYour skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you'll have:At least 4 years' experience gained within a planning/supply chain roleProven experience as Production Planner within a manufacturing backgroundExcellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principlesExperience in SAP ERP system (essential)Excel experienceProduction and materials planning experience is important also (BOM's, workflow planning etc.
