This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Bayswater, WA.Daily duties typically include.Regularly review and correct negative stock issues by adjusting inventory levels and updating ERP records.Analyse inventory aging reports to identify and mitigate obsolete or slow-moving inventory.Process stock adjustments to correct discrepancies and maintain audit-ready documentation.Coordinate and document transfers of inventory between warehouses to optimize stock levels.Review and resolve discrepancies in BOMs and work orders in collaboration with engineering and production teams.Schedule and conduct cycle count and annual stock takes to verify inventory accuracy.Generate inventory reports, analyse trends, and prepare management summaries.Collaborate across departments to align inventory management with business objectives and new product Right PersonThe Ideal Candidate For This Position Would HaveDegree Qualification in Procurement, supply chain Management or Business studies; or equivalent professional experience in Procurement & Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment (3 years +).Experience in inventory management using ERP systems.Previous experience in the delivery of end-to-end procurement through an ERP system.Experience with Pronto is considered highly desirableAbout YouEffective communication and people skills.Strategic evaluation and problem-solving skills.Diligence and attention to detail.Adaptability and Flexibility.Ability to plan and prioritise workload in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, outlook, and power-point).Self-motivated and able to conduct tasks unsupervised and be able to work independently.PROK believes in diversity and is committed to providing Equal Employment opportunities for all applicants.
