It requires a mindset and a keen approach to business partnership. Primarily operational or ad hoc in nature, it connects the Arrotex supply chain and broader Arrotex business with the customers, to ensure customer requirements, such as avoiding Out of Stocks, are met with excellence. With also a strategic slant, this role requires that future customer needs and continuous improvements are anticipated, clearly understood, and communicated, and solutions are proactively developed in advance.Role & Responsibilities:Working closely with the broader Arrotex Supply Chain team on product availability to optimise inventory, customer service, and SIFOT to the wholesaler, including:Coordinating with the Logistics team on wholesaler orders and delivery targets.Driving inventory control, improving accuracy, reducing damages, and stock write-off.Actively monitor inventory across the 3PL and Wholesaler network, to ensure stocking levels are optimised.Report on internal Arrotex Supply Chain metrics and KPIs, as they relate to wholesalers (how they are servicing pharmacies).Supporting the Demand Planning team to measure, understand, and improve overall Forecast Accuracy by identifying specific wholesaler needs.Drive a consistent pattern of demand planning and ordering patterns and proactively seek an understanding of future needs and demand exceptions as they relate to promotional activity, new product launches, or stock at risk.Understand their warehousing and logistics needs as they relate to efficient order quantities, for example with ordering full cartons, pallets, etc.Align order amendments and/or shortfalls as they relate to specific wholesaler purchase orders.Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, logistics/supply planning, or similar positions.Experience with SAP / QAD or similar inventory or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.Proven experience to work quickly and accurately, with an eye on suggesting improvements to processes and systems.Knowledge of supply chain best practice and the ability to implement that vision within an entrepreneurial environment.Fluent supply chain knowledge of systems and processes from supplier to consumer.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced formulas, etc.).Managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Analysing, interpreting and presenting data or business cases, in order to provide solutions, optimised systems and processes, to optimise the wholesaler relationship.Meticulous with detail and customer needs; good organisation skills.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
