About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team at Konica Minolta reporting to the Logistics Manager.
You will focus on supporting the day-to-day execution of supply chain processes and requirements to improve the supply and delivery of goods whilst engaging with Third Party Logistics (3PLs), Vendors & Channel Partners to maximise monthly revenue.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Act as the supply chain point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders with logistics challenges and manage this through our integrated customer ticketing system.
Provide feedback on internal and external customer queries regarding consignments shipped from national warehouse in a timely manner.
Capture and report on all customer related logistics issues on a periodic basis.
Investigate queries from customers on consignments that are mis shipped or damaged.
Assist stakeholders with organising and booking of stock transfers upon request.
Conduct periodic meetings with business and external stakeholders to report on and discuss customer related logistics service measures and challenges.
Collaborate closely with external key account managers from our range of carriers/courier partners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.
Identify, investigate and resolve interface errors between KM ERP system and 3PL WMS relating to outbound consignments.

Who are we looking for?

Demonstrated experience in supply chain management or similar role Strong MS Excel skills Experience using SAP or similar ERP system Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to engage and establish relationships with stakeholders A proven capacity to set priorities and meet critical deadlines Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed KPIs & targets
