Position Overview: You will lead the charge in optimising the Supply Chain processes through the seamless integration of technology and best practices.
Your deep understanding of both Supply Chain operations and cutting-edge technologies will be pivotal in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating the company's competitive edge.
Responsibilities: Identify improvement areas and implement strategies to optimise processes and ensure continuous improvement.
Lead the implementation of SCM software and ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:  Utilise analytics to derive insights, develop dashboards, and track KPI's for informed decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
Provide training on new systems and offer technical support to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance and Risk Management :  Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations.
Drive operational efficiencies and cost reductions through optimised processes and technological advancements.
Provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
Enable swift responses to market changes and customer demands through improved processes and technologies.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
Skills and Expertise: Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and distribution.
Familiarity with industry standards such as APICS, SCOR, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Advanced experience using ERP systems e.g.
SAP, Oracle, and SCM software such as Manhattan Associates, and Kinaxis.
Proven experience with data analytics tools e.g., Tableau, Power BI Ability to plan, execute, and manage complex supply chain projects while navigating change management processes.
