About the role:
Vidacorp is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure accurate and efficient processing of Australian and New Zealand retail and wholesale orders. You will manage communication on stock levels and delivery dates, track freight, and advise stakeholders of any delays. You will also ensure prompt and accurate processing of all invoices and credits.
Role & Responsibilities: Process all orders (domestic wholesale & retail) into ERP within 24 hours.Ensure accurate invoicing, including VAT and freight charges.Investigate order discrepancies and damages, generate adjustments.Manage customer accounts, credit notes, and returns.Reconcile accounts and update inventory data in ERP.Liaise with internal & external teams on stock issues and deliveries.Monitor order status and proactively address delays or rejections.Build relationships with stakeholders and drive best-in-class service 01st July, 2024 About DBG Health & VidaCorp:
