About the role: Vidacorp is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure accurate and efficient processing of Australian and New Zealand retail and wholesale orders, following individual trading terms. You will manage communication on stock levels and delivery dates, track freight, and advise stakeholders of any delays. You will also ensure prompt and accurate processing of all invoices and credits.
Role & Responsibilities: Process all orders (domestic wholesale & retail) into ERP within 24 hours. Ensure accurate invoicing, including VAT and freight charges. Investigate order discrepancies and damages, generate adjustments. Manage customer accounts, credit notes, and returns. Reconcile accounts and update inventory data in ERP. Liaise with internal & external teams on stock issues and deliveries. Monitor order status and proactively address delays or rejections. Build relationships with stakeholders and drive best-in-class service. Skills & Experience: Ideally 3+ years in Supply Chain / Logistics experience in a beauty / FMCG company. Experience working with mass market distribution and international trading. Experience in supply chain and logistics for an omni-channel brand. Proven and demonstrable record of improving and maintaining solid customer service. Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment and the ability to work autonomously. Ability to liaise and lead external 3PL providers to adhere to service level. Experience of working with ERP / order management systems.
