Supply Chain and Logistics ManagerAbout the roleAs Supply Chain and Logistics Manager you will oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process – from procurement to customer delivery while working for an innovative and growing public listed company - Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies Manufacturing group! Working out of our national corporate office based at Wellcamp, Toowoomba, you will work alongside the Commercial Manager to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package including base salary and superannuation.Main ResponsibilitiesSupply chain management – develop and implement supply chain strategies, manage procurement process, identify and mitigate risks.Logistics and transportation – oversee transportation and distribution networks, optimise routing and shipping methods, liaise with carriers, report on performance.Import/Export operations – manage international shipping, comply with trade regulations, collaborate with customs brokers and government agencies.About YouTo be successful in this role you will possess:In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics principles and transportation management systems.Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures and documentation.Excellent problem-solving, analytics and organisational skills.Strong leadership and team building abilities.Proficiency in ERP and supply chain software (e.g. Pronto).Essential RequirementsQualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and import/export.Why Wagners?Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies (WCFT) is a world leader in the development and application of fibre-reinforced polymer composite engineered materials.
