They are on the lookout for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join their team.
The successfully appointed candidate will assist with all aspects of the supply chain from order management through to customer delivery, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation in a data-driven way.
This position will be key as the business aims to transform their end-to-end Supply Chain activities, building scalable processes that will better enable the growth trajectory of the business.
Your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Inventory Management: Maintain data integrity in ERP systems.Identify areas for process improvement to improve inventory accuracy both internally and externally with our 3PL partners.Design and build a suite of inventory reporting to provide insights to the supply chain manager on inventory positions and recommendations.Data & Analytics: Assist with the design and implementation of formal master data management processes to ensure data integrity for reporting.Work with the Supply Chain team to create and publish a suite of regular reporting on supply chain metrics, including inventory, order accuracy, and delivery performance.Utilise data analytics tools to identify trends and recommend process improvements.Prepare presentations for management on supply chain performance.Logistics & Customer Service: Work closely with team members to identify opportunities and/or areas for improvement.Leverage analytics to ensure a data-driven approach to optimisation activities.Support new product introduction processes ensuring accurate and relevant master data and required reporting.Where required, provide coverage for Supply Chain team colleagues.Supply Chain Projects: Participate in transformation projects as required by providing data analytics that ensure data-driven solutions. About you: 5+ years as a Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Planner, Supply Planner, or Supply Chain Planner is essential.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, as well as influence change.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power BI is highly desired.Must possess a continuous improvement, highly analytical, growth mindset.This is a rare and exciting opportunity to influence change, and one which requires a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst with proven experience in driving supply chain transformation.
