ABOUT THE ROLE As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will support our sales growth and customer retention goals by conducting comprehensive supply chain analyses of Americold business and operations. This a full-time, hybrid work opportunity based at our office in Prospect, NSW. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the development of customised logistics solutions for Americold's customers, with respect to customer requests for proposals. Responsible for preparing proposals for internal Capital Development projects, including solution design, data analysis, validation of information used for planning. Undertake detailed analysis of customer product profiles to determine warehousing requirements, including resource modelling, layout planning, material flow planning and equipment definition. Manage internal initiatives which involve the analysis of current operations to recommend the creation of new service offerings, targeted sales campaigns, or internal productivity enhancements. Own the management of solution design process, leading cross functional team to coordinate detailed proposal development & pricing of new business projects. ABOUT YOU You will be naturally curious in nature and interested in finding the perfect solution to a problem, therefore you will be an excellent problem solver. You will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Business required. 1-3 years professional experience in a relevant field or industry such as 3PL or warehousing or distribution Strong data analytics, business process and industrial engineering background Highly proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Desired experience in AutoCAD, SQL, Python, simulation software, Microsoft Project, and international business Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be required to discuss project scope, approaches, and status updates with internal stakeholders.
