They are headquartered in Emu Plains and their offices and distributors span throughout Australia, South East Asia and the South Pacific. They offer onsite support for all aspects of the business from specification through to installation.Your new roleReporting to the Supply Chain Leader, this role is responsible for planning, analysing and monitoring the organisations supply chain distribution to ensure products make it to their destinations in a timely, cost-efficient manner. Some duties will include but not be limited to:Manages material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on handCreating and maintaining MIN/MAX for inventoryCreate and maintain Inventory PolicyCreate dashboards if required or monitor and analyse raw material requirements dailyThrough data-driven insights, lead cost-reduction initiativesUtilise data analysis to optimise production schedulesMonitor inventory levels, analyse demand patterns, optimise stock levels and develop mitigation strategies in order to meet business requirementsAbout you• Must have manufacturing exposure in a similar role for at least 1 year• 2-3 years experience in a demand planning role• Proven experience in a Supply Chain Analyst role• Advanced Excel skills• Exposure to Pronto CRM would be highly desirable• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively write reports and business correspondence• Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skillsWhat's in it for you• Permanent role, close to home in Emu Plains• Great salary on offer• Multinational organisation• Beautiful site, modern offices• Career stability and progressionAll Rights Reserved West Recruitment Pty Ltd
