Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Lead, this role will support the planning team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time and product is delivered to the client in full.
Duties will include:
Processing orders using SAP Work closely with the demand planners to ensure all forecasts are on target Processing credit notes and returns Work closely with the 3PL warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure products are exported correctly The Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills Previous office-based administration experience with good knowledge of MS Office Suite and ideally worked with an ERP system Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Some inventory or supply chain based experience would be advantageous but not essential.
