The role Vossloh Cogifer Australia, part of the Vossloh Group, is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Administrator to join the Supply Chain Team at our new head office located in Epsom.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our team.
This role is crucial for supporting our supply chain operations through accurate data management, procurement support, and supplier relationship management.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager your duties will include: Enter and maintain accurate data related to purchasing, invoices, and delivery dockets.Ensure documentation is complete and processed in alignment with accounts payable procedures (3-way matching).Raise and manage purchase orders in accordance with Bill of Material (BOM) or purchase requests.Manage the accounts email inbox and ensure timely responses and processing.Calculate and allocate transportation costs accurately, ensuring these are applied correctly to relevant orders.Assist in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal service levels and supplier performance.Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and administrative functions.Ensure the required Certificates of Compliance (COCs) are provided prior to invoice entry when needed.The successful candidate should possess the following: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business administrative role in a fast-paced environment.Experience with financial processing and procurement systems (desirable).Excellent knowledge and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new systems.About you You're process driven and thorough but can be agile and adaptable as required.You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.You're a great communicator and can interact well with all stakeholders and end users across multi-disciplinary teams.You have an eye for detail.Vossloh is committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
