Our team ensures production enhancement and chemical services for our customers to function efficiently and perform at the highest level.
Be part of our future plans All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.
These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products.
As a Supply Base Manager, you will be responsible for: Taking ownership and responsibility for facility operations, client satisfaction and adherence to site-based management plans, procedures and processes.
Overseeing and the management of Plant Supervisor to ensure all operational tasks are planned and executed in a safe and timely manner.
Ensuring that HS&E standards policies & procedures are followed as per site-based management plans.
Ensuring that applicable Quality standards and processes are applied as per site-based management plans.
Managing supply base workload to ensure customer load-out requirements are met.
Providing interface between BH operations and internal and external stakeholders (e.g.
ASCO).
To manage, train & develop Workforce.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have minimum of 5 years' experience in Plant Management.
Have great interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Be able to demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Be able demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
