The idealcandidate will be responsible for organising, coordinating andmanaging the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods, productsand services.Main Responsibilities: Developing and implementing strategies tooptimize the supply chain process, including procurement, inventorymanagement, and distribution. Identifying and evaluating suppliers,negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships toensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials andequipment. Monitoring inventory levels and tracking usage to minimizestockouts and excess inventory, while ensuring adequate supply to meetoperational needs. Coordinating with internal teams, includingoperations, maintenance, and finance, to forecast demand, planprocurement activities, and streamline logistics processes. Overseeingthe distribution and delivery of materials and equipment to job sites,ensuring on-time delivery and efficient utilization of resources.Implementing quality control measures to ensure the integrity andreliability of materials and equipment received and distributed.Developing and maintaining accurate records and reports related toinventory levels, procurement activities, and distribution operations.The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Bachelor'sdegree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,or a related field. Minimum 5-year experience in a similar roleworking in fast-paced warehousing operations. Strong understanding ofsupply chain principles, logistics operations, and inventorymanagement best practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effectiverelationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Physically able to perform warehouse duties.
