Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor supply, storage, and distribution strategies in alignment with business goals.Prepare and execute plans to maintain optimal stock levels at minimal costs while ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.Negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity and quality of goods.Monitor and review storage systems, inventory processes, and stock control mechanisms to meet supply requirements.Ensure efficient and accurate inventory tracking and management using recording systems for movement, re-ordering, and re-stocking of supplies and finished goods.Coordinate with various departments and customers to ensure that goods are delivered in accordance with their requirements, using appropriate forwarding transportation.Oversee and manage the distribution of goods to meet timelines and customer satisfaction.Direct and oversee the activities of supply and distribution staff, monitoring their performance and providing training and development opportunities as necessary.Ensure accurate documentation of all purchase, storage, and distribution transactions.Regularly review and refine supply chain processes to comply with industry regulations and best practices.Analyse and report on key performance metrics related to supply, inventory, and distribution, proposing improvements where necessary.Language Requirement: Must be able to speak and write Mandarin.
