Supply and Distribution Manager
Location: Campbellfield, VIC
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum + superannuation
Experience: 2-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution.
Coordinate closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to meet demand efficiently.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supply and Distribution Manager or similar role for 1 to 2 years.
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities with a strong aptitude for team management.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems is advantageous.
