We are looking for someone that can communicate well and has excellent written and verbal skills. You will need strong interpersonal skills, the ability to listen and reason as well as strong decision making skills. If you have the ability to understand key drivers of business as well as a desire to learn and develop personally and professionally, possess a high degree of problem-solving ability and an aptitude for continuous improvement, a minimum of bachelor in business management and over 2 years' demonstrated working experience as a Supply and Distribution Manager and able to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our clients.Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure the accurate and efficient flow of goods through our distribution channels.Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the highest quality of products and services.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the supply and distribution team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and distribution metrics to senior management.Please provide Resume and Qualifications if you are interested.
