Join RAC Insurance as a Supplier Relationship Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimising our supply chain to deliver exceptional service to our members.
As a Supplier Relationship Specialist, you'll work closely with key service providers to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within our Claims business.
You will support contract management, analyse supplier performance, and foster strong partnerships that align with RAC's commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management & Governance: Ensure compliance with the Claims Supply Chain Contract Management Handbook.Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.Operational Excellence: Support the claims team by ensuring access to top-tier service providers.Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and customer satisfaction.Supplier Collaboration: Conduct regular meetings to review performance and resolve any issues.Quality & Compliance: Audit supplier performance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.Dispute Resolution: Address claims settlement disputes and member complaints effectively.What we are looking for:Strong knowledge of procurement, contract management, and commercial law.Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make sound commercial decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent business experience (desirable).Progress towards ANZIIF-endorsed qualifications in loss adjusting or insurance (desirable).What can we offer you?A workplace culture where our people feel valued, respected and empowered.Work in flexible ways that meet work/life commitments and support wellbeing.Be part of a purpose led organisation that gives back to the WA community.An environment that values ongoing career development.Free Roadside Assistance and discounts on RAC products and services including Holiday Parks and Resorts, Security, Finance, Auto Services and Insurance.Opportunities for community engagement and corporate volunteering.Apply online - send us your CV showcasing what you can bring to the team.
