Your key responsibilities include managing and negotiating the group's global contracts with these suppliers, to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.Reporting to the GM of Global Air Distribution, you will also be accountable for achieving the annual distribution budget, overseeing platform-specific content delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with key distribution partners. Success will be driven by fostering robust, long-term partnerships, ensuring sustainable commercial returns, and developing a clear distribution strategy in collaboration with both Leisure and Corporate business units.What you will be responsible for:Supply Partnership: Primary Supplier Relationship Partner for our GDS partners - Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport. This role is responsible for all parts of our commercial partnerships with our GDS providers.Supply Contract Management: Lead negotiations with our key GDS suppliers to achieve favorable commercial terms, pricing on key solutions, and management of service agreements. Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of our major commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and maximizing performance of the deals for the business. Ownership of the terms and conditions of our GDS contracts.Strategy Delivery: Implement distribution strategies that meet the needs of our businesses globally. Ensure contract performance meets the delivery of these strategies which includes achieving budgeted metrics.Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with suppliers, both airlines and distribution partners, addressing any issues promptly and fostering a partnership-oriented culture. Deliver strong communication cadence internally. Facilitate clear and effective communication across key stakeholders across the group, ensuring alignment between content access, capability matrix and commercial opportunities are known.Continuous Improvement: Drive influence with distribution partners for continuous improvements to help support our businesses, focusing on productive operations, revenue-generating solutions and capability to react to market changes.Strong Internal Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure these are known by our distribution partners.
