My client, a leading ASX listed organisation, is seeking two Supplier Relationship Managers to join their expanding Group Supply Chain / Procurement team.
These are Full Time Permanent opportunities paying between $190,000 - 215,000 Package. With head offices in Sydney and Melbourne, either location is fine, as long as you are willing to go in at least 2-3 days a week, with the rest of the time working from home.
About the role:You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key suppliers to enhance procurement effectiveness, assist in implementing transformation, and drive business success.The role encompasses identifying new suppliers, optimising supplier performance, and aligning supplier activities with operational needs.You will be a strategic individual with exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.About you:Degree qualified within business, supply chain, commercial or similar.Demonstrated experience within supplier relationship management and procurement within a complex environment.Analytical and proficient in mapping workflows that identify improvements.Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, both written and verbal.Well-developed knowledge of project management, transformation and change management.Able to facilitate workshops and discussions among diverse groups.Leadership experience, championing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.These are key leadership roles within a respected, stable ASX listed organisation, with the opportunity to make an impact, and considerable room for career progression and development.
