You'll contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service and value to our members by supporting supplier management and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will assist in managing and improving the performance of suppliers within our Claims business.
You will focus on ensuring efficient repair and replacement services, maintaining quality standards, and supporting claims processes to deliver exceptional outcomes for our members.
Key Responsibilities Supplier Coordination: Support claims operations by ensuring access to top-tier service providers.
Claims Support: Facilitate prompt and efficient repairs or replacements, ensuring claims are completed within budget.
Performance Monitoring: Audit supplier compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and member satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Monitor transactional reporting to control claims leakage.
Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving claims settlement disputes and member complaints.
Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
About You Experience in supplier relationship management and procurement processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound commercial decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently deliver results.
Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent business experience (desirable).
Progress towards ANZIIF-endorsed qualifications in loss adjusting or insurance (desirable).
