To be successful as our supplier coordinator; Ensure timely onboarding of all suppliers, streamlining the overall onboarding process for enhanced efficiency. Oversee the management and execution of supplier documentation, including the supplier bible, trading terms, packaging guidelines, and shipping manuals. Coordinate supplier compliance, respond to issues and concerns promptly, striving for full resolution within 48 hours of receipt. Ensure suppliers remain compliant with our standards and take proactive steps to encourage continual improvement. Purchase order tracking and documentation. Support the rollout of the Barcode Project (RFID, GS1, QR). Collaborate with Supplier, Supply Chain, Merch, and Social Responsibility Teams as needed. Skills and Experience Proven experience in supplier coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills, and problem solving skills Familiarity with supplier compliance standards and regulations.
