Fuse Recruitment is seeking a qualified Line Leader with experience in the Food Manufacturing industry for our esteemed client, a recognized leader known for producing high-quality frozen food products.

Responsibilities: Supervise a manual packing line, leading a team of 5-7 machine operators.
Ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Perform manual lifting of up to 25 kg.
Foster a collaborative and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience: Proven machine operation experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Supervisory or team leader experience required.
Ability to handle manual lifting requirements.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
