Due to growth, we're currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Care Team Leader to join their team at their head office.
In this role you will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service through quality control, consistency, and compliance in all areas.
You will provide direction, guidance and motivation to a group of individuals, for the collective purpose of achieving and or exceeding set goals.
Key responsibilities: Provide support to the Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Consultants.
Assist with department report preparation, monitoring of KPI's, call monitoring and general administration Assist with escalated issues and provide guidance and support to Customer Care Consultants Coach, train and mentor team members including process, procedure and compliance.
What we're looking for: Previous experience working in a fast paced customer service/call centre role Team management skills Ability to work towards KPI's and targets Commitment to delivering a high level of support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders Ability to work autonomously Time management skills High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail High level of organisation Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft packages Strong written and verbal communications skills A positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude Ability to work in a team environment in order to meet relevant branch/team performance targets and KPI's.
