Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
About The RoleWe're seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a growing and dynamic team at a new 40,000 m2 facility in Goulburn.
This role is part of a secured 3-year contract supporting a $20B major infrastructure project.
You'll support the Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery for the 3PL warehouse operations.
You'll assist with managing a team of six staff (expanding to ten), coordinate inbound and outbound freight operations (up to 15t, 25t, and 40t loads), and handle complex logistics challenges such as unplanned deliveries and unusual freight shapes.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on supervision with oversight of a large-scale logistics hub.
