We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Warehouse Supervisor The Operations function is responsible for all of the material handling processes from the point of delivery of product through to receipt by the customer ensuring that customer service, quality, and business requirements are met to the highest standards.
Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations when the Operations Manager is not on-site.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.Ensure stock validation processes are followed accurately.Perform and manage regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.Oversee the receiving inspection of goods to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.Manage the timely and accurate issuing of customer orders.Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.Monitor temperature controls and check temperature monitors daily to ensure compliance with operational standards.Assist in the end-to-end running of the warehouse, supporting operational needs and addressing challenges as they arise.Requirements Proven experience in warehouse or operations management.Strong leadership and delegation skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.Experience with inventory management and stock validation processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and maintaining a clean, safe environment.So, if you feel that the above describes you well, and want to be part of developing the Incora Story, apply now – we can't wait to hear from you!
