Supervisor | Tier 1 Builder

Operating across Commercial, Government, and institutional sectors they lead the way in the delivery of projects up to the value of $500M. With a secure pipeline of work over the next 5 years, they are looking for 2 Supervisor's with Tier 1 or 2 experience to help them deliver a landmark project.

Roles & responsibilities: Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractorsManaging the subcontractors to ensure they are fulfilling their roles and responsibilitiesMonitor subcontractor performance daily in regards to safety, quality and programme and report deficiencies to the Site ManagerAssisting the Site Manager in the commissioning and handover of the project by ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and provided to the Project ManagerManaging cost control for certain aspects of the project, as directed by the Site Manager, in order to ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budgetDesired experience: Trade backgroundPrevious experience working for a head contractor is essential Experience working on commercial projects is highly desirableProven experience as a General Foreman working on large scale commercial projects from start to finish. Proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safetyEnd to End Experience For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Billy Marotta on 0420 941 667  or click apply.
