The role The Supervisor Tenures and Native Title role is pivotal in managing Crown land tenures and activities to meet government priorities, particularly in relation to Native Title and Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs).
This involves interpreting legislation and supporting advice to offer expert advice and support for the assessment, decision-making, and administration of tenures.
Ensuring efficient management of administrative and compliance activities, and providing balanced and timely recommendations on issues, are key aspects of this role.
As Supervisor Tenures and Native Title, you will be challenged with building and maintaining effective partnerships and networks, both internally and externally, while managing conflicting and competing priorities.
You will be confident in responding to complex enquiries from stakeholders with varying opinions and interests.
