About the Role We are seeking a forward thinking and talented individual to take on the key role of Supervisor Technology Operations, reporting to the Superintendent Surface Technology Operations. The team is made up of Process Control Specialists, Network and Platforms Specialists, Communications Specialists and End User Support. As a supervisor, you will have strong leadership skills and the capability to positively influence our safety culture. Your ability to lead by example, be proactive and prioritise field leadership activities will be critical to your success.
This position is being offered on 7 days on 7 days off day shift/night shift roster. FIFO from Adelaide, DIDO/BIBO and Residential options are available. Key accountabilities include: Upholding and demonstrating safe working behavioursDemonstrate commitment to customer service both internal and external to the businessCoaching, mentoring and building capability within your teamPursuing operating perfection in work practices and approachEmpowering the team to deliver and improve on results through continuous improvementSupervising the execution of the weekly work schedule and approved break in workMonitoring and verifying the competency of team in the safe performance of their dutiesAssessing, approving and prioritising work related to Technology EquipmentAllocation of resources to achieve optimal maintenance outcomesMultiple stakeholder engagementAbout You As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
Ensure an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work to a schedule and manage workloads to deliver key outcomes.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in mining, processing or other operational experience in a high pace working environment is highly desirableTeam player that can build effective working relationships within your own team and external customersPrevious experience working in Technology is desirable but not a must.
