We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor Technical Training (internally known as Team Lead Technical Training)who will report directly into the Superintendent – Training (internally known as Lead Technical Training).
We are offering this role on a 5:2:4:3 roster where you can drive in and out of site!
The Supervisor Technical Training will Coordinate and execute technical training programs, guide trainers, liaise with leaders to assess needs, maintain updated materials, monitor effectiveness, plan sessions, ensure safety compliance, handle documentation, provide technical support, and report progress to ensure impactful training aligned with departmental goals.
In this role you will: Implement and execute technical training programs aligned with the department's goals Supervise and guide a team of trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training content Support the Lead Technical Training to evaluate training needs and formulate strategies Maintain training materials to be up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance data Liaise with department heads to plan and execute training sessions Maintain training documentation and maintain accurate training records for compliance About you: You will have a solid background in technical training development, team leadership and have extensive experience in facilitating and delivering technical training, training effectiveness assessment and compliance management.
You will have a natural leadership style that can maintain a positive and productive work environment Ideally you will hold a qualification in Education, Training or a related technical field.
