Supervisor - Sor - Modular Construction

The Company:A successful and well regarded Perth based Modular builder, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Supervisor to join the team, based out of their head office, with metro and regional travel involved.Established around 20 years ago, they're renown for their client first approach in the Modular sector and the amount of repeat work they deliver for their clients on a Metro & National basis.The Role:As a Supervisor you will work closely with the management team aswell as:Lead by example in the adoption and implementation of the HSEQ Management PlanProvide technical expertise on methods of constructionAssist in the project and contract management of projects including implementation of Project Management PlansUndertake ITP and quality inspections in line with HSEQ Management PlanBuild effective and beneficial relationships with all stakeholders including suppliers and trade contractorsEngagement and control of sub-contractorsCost controlManage and plan the delivery of buildings to site utilising the resources of the modular building transport contractorsSite Inspections and evaluationsReview working drawings and prestart site work sheets to ensure detail and information is correctHandover of buildings to clientsAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will have:Residential Supervisory experienceSite Supervisor/Manager experience ideally within the Modular sector (advantageous)IT ProficiencyStrong organisational skills and excellent time managementAbility to work to deadlinesWhat's in it for you?$100k - $140k + Super + Fuel Card + Company VehicleSteady flow of secured workTravel required, but predominately based from one locationPlease send your updated resume to ****** or call to discuss further on 0424 150 536 .Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
