Supervisor - Sor - Modular Construction

The Company: A successful and well regarded Perth based Modular builder, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Supervisor to join the team, based out of their head office, with metro and regional travel involved. Established around 20 years ago, they're renown for their client first approach in the Modular sector and the amount of repeat work they deliver for their clients on a Metro & National basis. The Role: As a Supervisor you will work closely with the management team aswell as: Lead by example in the adoption and implementation of the HSEQ Management Plan Provide technical expertise on methods of construction Assist in the project and contract management of projects including implementation of Project Management Plans Undertake ITP and quality inspections in line with HSEQ Management Plan Build effective and beneficial relationships with all stakeholders including suppliers and trade contractors Engagement and control of sub-contractors Cost control Manage and plan the delivery of buildings to site utilising the resources of the modular building transport contractors Site Inspections and evaluations Review working drawings and prestart site work sheets to ensure detail and information is correct Handover of buildings to clients About You:   To be successful in this role, you will have: Residential Supervisory experience  Site Supervisor/Manager experience ideally within the Modular sector (advantageous)  IT Proficiency  Strong organisational skills and excellent time management Ability to work to deadlines What's in it for you? $100k - $140k + Super + Fuel Card + Company Vehicle  Steady flow of secured work Travel required, but predominately based from one location Please send your updated resume to ****** or call to discuss further on 0424 150 536 .
