About the RoleReporting to the Project Manager or Mine Foreperson, this position provides the first line of supervision and leadership to each respective crew.
Allocating tasks, monitoring work progress and quality whilst ensuring that work is carried out in alignment to company policy and procedures.
You will ensure Critical Risk standards are met and are aligned with Barminco's Purpose, Principles and Aspirations.
