The Opportunity

Our Geraldton branch is currently growing with new workshop & facilities and future development planned to commence in the coming months.
Your role is assisting our Branch Manager, where you'll spearhead the coordination, management, and scheduling of day-to-day service activities & personnel.
This includes working with our field service technicians to support our construction and mining customers.
If you have an innate passion to be a supportive leader, you'll be a good fit for this role.
This includes providing unparalleled customer service, upholding our strong commitment to HSE Standards and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Role Located: Geraldton, WA - Relocation Allowance available
Roster: Mon - Fri (Permanent Full time)
Remuneration: $140-150K + Bonus + Super + Housing Allowance + Company Vehicle + career development

What We Are Looking For
Motivated, customer-focused, experienced manager with proven leadership skills Knowledge of earth moving machinery and the mining industry or similar experience Financial reporting experience; including revenue forecast, P&L and WIP management Ability to recruit, develop, and coach team members Promote a strong team-orientated environment within the division and other departments Ability to analyse work place risk and implement necessary changes promptly Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent Komatsu whilst building relationships with customers, employees, vendors and suppliers
