Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate for this unique role will possess: Previous experience as a Supervisor or management role in a premium/hatted setting Proven ability to successfully deliver an premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service Strong financial acumen relevant to labour management, sales targets and events Sound understanding of responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest service  Expertise on international and Australian wines Remuneration expectations for this role is an full time hourly rate under the Restaurant Industry Award.
