As their team grows, they are seeking skilled Refrigeration Technicians and a Refrigeration Tech Supervisor/Team Leader to join on a full-time basis.
This role offers exciting travel opportunities to some of Australia's most scenic wine regions across NSW, VIC, SA, and QLD.
Position Overview :
We are looking for experienced Refrigeration Technicians for the installation, services, and maintenance chiller systems in the wine industry.
For those with leadership experience, we also have an opportunity for a Supervisor/Team Leader role.
This position involves overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality service delivery.
You'll have the chance to work on a variety of systems while traveling to scenic regions across Australia.
Key Responsibilities :
Install, service, commissioning, maintenance Perform regular system inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, including electrical components, refrigerants, and mechanical systems.
Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding system operation, efficiency, and energy-saving solutions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Lead a team of technicians (for Supervisor/Team Leader role), fostering collaboration and meeting customer deadlines.
Support travel to various wine regions across Australia, including NSW, VIC, SA, and QLD.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
Valid Driver's License.
Be willing to be flexible with different roles in off peak periods.
Skills & Qualifications :
Trade qualification in HVAC/ Refrigeration.
Proven industry experience (Chiller desired) Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and ductwork.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license is essential.
