Our Project Support Group (PSG) is on the lookout for a dynamic Metro Supervisor to join our Guildford PDC team. In this role, you'll lead and support labour hire, product support advisors, and warranty support, while providing technical maintenance insights and continuous improvement for site work teams.
What you'll do: Daily management and leadership of the teamRemote troubleshooting and maintenance support for Heavy CAT equipmentAssist with technical documentation and maintenance improvementsManage service work orders and warranty processDevelop and implement processes for continuous improvementEnsure compliance with safety and risk management protocolsLocation: South Guildford, WA
Roster: 5/2, 10.5-hour days (Monday to Friday) - Permanent Full-Time
This is a full-time position based out at our head office in South Guildford; however, flexibility to travel to site as necessary is required.
