With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with local, DIDO and BIBO optional.

What Will You Be Doing WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor with excellent communication skills for the Production team.
As an appointed Supervisor, the role is accountable for monitoring operating techniques and productivity.
The role is responsible for the supervision of their appointed crew, including performance- and leave management.
Be an effective leader and team member by demonstrating a commitment to safety and positive working behaviours; Lead production crews to achieve targets in accordance with mine plans and safety, policies, procedures and statutory requirements; Have an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business; Campaign continuous improvement within the operation.
What You Will Need Previous mining experience as a Supervisor 2 years minimum S1,2,3 & G2 Certificates You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
