Supervisor Pharmacist - Paediatric Critical Care (PCC) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Project
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for twelve months, with the possibility of extension(s).

Position Profile:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Pharmacist to work on a project leading all aspects relating to medication management in the Paediatric Critical Care (PCC) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation at Perth Children's Hospital (PCH). The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) EMR Project aims to introduce a contemporary digital solution for ICU departments across Western Australia (WA) including the PCC unit at PCH.
The position will provide leadership and work in partnership with senior nursing, medical, pharmacy, allied health, and support staff to plan then implement PCC EMR. This role will be responsible for workflow determination and mapping, dataset compilation, building and testing of decision support tools and will contribute to training of staff in the use of the new EMR.
The successful applicant will practice as a Senior Pharmacist and ensure practice is in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines including the Pharmacy Code of Conduct for Registered Health Practitioners and CAHS policies and guidelines.

CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
